About Tim Binning Team

At 20 years old, Tim Binning purchased his first investment property. At 22, he added a second and was eager to buy another. Finding the right property was not the only challenge, but negotiating a fair price and securing affordable financing required careful research. This was exactly what Tim enjoyed.

An interest in finance and personal investing led Tim to a full-time real estate career in 1991. He armed himself with training and education then prepared unique strategies for assisting clients in their real estate needs. In just six months, Tim was a rising Top Producer.

As Tim became aware of the status in the RE/MAX brand, he recognized RE/MAX was proving to offer the best marketing products and employed higher producing and exceptionally trained agents. Tim became so impressed that he joined RE/MAX in 1992; and by 1997 he affirmed his conviction in the RE/MAX system by purchasing the office he started in and later purchased offices in Sugar Grove and St. Charles to widen the area he can best serve his customers in.

By adding a dynamic support team, Tim was able to train his staff to be better available to clients day and night; he continued to add new benefits and services to his marketing and selling strategies; he expanded his experience and clients rely on his team for land, business, estate sales and commercial real estate transactions. Tim continues to grow his team, his services, his training, and his use of technology.

The team brokers consists of a mix of experienced sales professionals; Dawn Bolender, Heather Gift, Joanne Wanshek, Grant Bolender and Parker Binning. Inside support staff include Amber and Leo. Customer satisfaction in the service they offer is their goal as the team recognizes their success comes from repeat and referral sales.
